Indication
OxyClear is indicated for the treatment of upper and lower respiratory tract infections caused by oxytetracycline sensitive G-ve and G+ve bacteria as well as Rickettsia, Mycoplasma and Chlamydia, especially in cases of retained mucoid secretions in Cattle and buffaloes.
Withdrawl Period
Meat: 19 days.
Composition
Each 1ml contains: Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride 50 mg. ( Equivalent to 46.3mg of Oxytetracycline ) Bromhexine Hydrochloride 3 mg. (Equivalent to 2.74 mg Bromhexine) Lidocaine 20 mg.
Packaging
30, 50, 100 ml.
Dosage
Cattle and buffaloes: 1ml / 10kg .B.wt ( 5 mg Oxytetracycline HCl + 0.3 mg Bromhexine HCl / kg. B.wt) to be injected deep intramuscular daily for 3 – 5 days.
Contra-indication
Not to be used for lactating or pregnant animals. Not to be used by S/C or I/V injection. Not to be used for poultry. Not to be used with penicillin or streptomycin.
