Trioxyl LA is a broad spectrum bactericidal antibiotic, active against a wide range of gram positive and gram negative organisms including: Clostridium sp., Corynebacterium sp., Erysipelas sp., Fusiformis sp., Haemophilus sp., Pasteurella sp., Streptococci sp., Salmonella sp., Staphylococci. Specific Indications: Pneumonia, skin and soft tissue infections, abscesses, wounds, joint/navel ill. Species: Cattle, Sheep.
Withdrawl Period
-Milk should not be used for human consumption during treatment or for 5 hours thereafter. -Animals should not be slaughtered for human consumption during treatment or for 21 days.

Packaging
The product is filled in vials 50 ml and 100 ml.
Dosage
Shake vial well before use. For deep intramuscular injection only. The recommended dose rate is 15 mg per kg bodyweight i.e. 1 ml / 10 kg.
Contra-indication
- Not for intravenous administration. - Occasional local reaction may occur. - Occasional allergies to the penicillins have been observed but these are rare.
