Enrofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial drug. It is bactericidal with a broad spectrum of activity. Its mechanism of action involves inhibition of deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) gyrase, thus inhibiting both DNA and ribonucleic acid (RNA) synthesis. UNIFLOX10 is indicated for gastrointestinal and respiratory tract infections caused by enrofloxacin sensitive micro-organisms like Campylobacter, E. coli, Haemophilus, Mycoplasma, Pasteurella and Salmonella spp. in calves, cattle, goats, and sheeps
